Returns Policy

We want every Dapper Dawg delivery to get tails wagging. If something’s not quite right, no worries — we’ve got you.

 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to send items back for a full refund, as long as they’re unused, unaltered, free from dog hair, and returned in their original packaging.

 

If your return arrives after 14 days, we can happily offer store credit or an exchange instead.

 

Once your return is back with us, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear back in your bank.

 

A few important bits 🦴

 

Items must be returned in perfect condition (no wear, no fluff, no muddy adventures just yet).

 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrives faulty or damaged.

 

If something isn’t quite right, please send us photographic evidence so we can help quickly.

 

Return postage costs are calculated by the carrier based on the weight of your return.

Gift With Purchase 🎁

 

Received a free gift with your order? If you return the qualifying item, the free gift must also come back to us — unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

If the gift isn’t returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.
