Dapper Dawg Returns & Refund Policy
1. Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items for a refund or exchange, provided the items meet the conditions below.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund/exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- They must be in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm delivery — we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with photos and order details. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a refund or replacement.
5. How to Return
- Email woof@dapperdawg.co.uk with your order number and items you want to return.
- Pack the items securely with original tags/packaging.
- Include a note inside of your order number/order email, detailing what you’re returning and why.
- Ship back using your chosen carrier.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days of us receiving the returned item. Standard delivery costs are not refunded unless the entire order is returned.
7. Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to change an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
We can also offer exchanges for sizing issues only, or to swap to another size, subject to stock availability. Exchanges may take longer to process than refunds. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the size you’d like. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll provide the next steps.
Refunds & Reorders
If you’d like to change colour or style, or simply return an item, please follow our returns process for a refund to your original payment method. You can then place a new order for the item you prefer.
